What is VisionONE Access ERP?
VisionONE Access ERP is business management software from VisionSoft, built in Kenya and now used by businesses across Africa and India. It brings finance, HR and payroll, supply chain and compliance into one system.
Does VisionONE work with KRA eTIMS?
Yes. The VisionONE eTIMS Integration Module sends your invoices to KRA eTIMS from inside the ERP. It is a ready-to-use add-on, so there is no custom development, and it also supports ZRA in Zambia and ZIMRA in Zimbabwe.
What does the HR and payroll module cover?
Employee records, time and attendance, loans and advances, leave and absences, and payroll with statutory deductions such as PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Housing Levy in Kenya.
Do we have to buy every module?
No. Most businesses start with finance and one or two other modules, such as payroll or inventory, and add more later without starting again.
